Borinquen Medical Centers of Miami-Dade began in 1972 as a grass-roots community effort from a group of community organizers in the Puerto Rican community with a small grant from the Public Health Service to establish a health clinic in Wynwood. Over the years Borinquen Medical Centers of Miami-Dade have grown to become a Comprehensive Primary Health Care, Dental and Behavioral Health Center serving Miami-Dade County.

ESJ Towers was originally opened in 1975, offering 450 apartments which range from studios to three bedrooms, all providing kitchenettes or full kitchens & laundry facilities in select apartments, making them the largest sized accommodations in the area. It has been an iconic property on the beautiful Isla Verde Beach for 40 years, functioning as a mix of hotel and timeshare resort, with many owners coming to ESJ since the beginning.

With more than 10 years of experience, Juan has worked for Fortune 500 companies as a W2 Contractor under JPizars - CPA & Business Consultants LLC. During that time, he saw the opportunity and the need of Small/Medium Businesses and Individuals not having a good CPA firm to guide them in the process. Juan A. Pizarro Llanos decide to continue his passion as a Sole Practitioner by branching out from KPMG LLP. Juan A. Pizarro Llanos, Managing Partner and Founder of JPizars – CPA & Business Consultants LLC, had work with clients in countries like Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, Brazil among others. Also, in the United States in states like Florida, California, Texas, Georgia, Maryland, Virginia, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Nevada, New York, Tennessee, The Carolinas, Iowa and Arizona among others. Juan A. Pizarro Llanos holds a Bachelor’s degree (BBA) in Accounting with a minor in Business Communications from the University of Puerto Rico – Rio Piedras Campus. Also, Juan A. Pizarro Llanos has a Master of Accountancy (Macc - ISAC) from Bowling Green State University (BGSU). Finally, Juan is the President of the Florida Puerto Rican CPA State Society for (2017-2018).
